Childcare is awesome. Very secure. Babies/toddlers in one wing, 1-5 graders in their own praise and worship service. LOVE IT.

What would I change?
Would change - not necessarily a bad thing - church is really new and is already busting at the seams. Sunday mornings can be really hectic with parking, crowds, lines to check kids into their classes, lack of seats in Worship Center.
Can I wear jeans?
YES! People wear a variety of things. Very casual.

Worship music is a blend of contemporary and fast-paced music, mostly from the past 5 years. Praise band, praise team, every now and then a choir or special solo music.
Speaking
Teaching is contemporary, pastor is not afraid to ruffle feathers so long as it is biblical, very strong truths in the message. Typically thematic, with 3-5 sermons covering a common theme.
Childcare
Childcare is neat, Snoodle village is painted on the walls, kids love to be there. Message, snack, kid's church, lots of love. Nursery can even handle cloth diapers!
Favorite Thing
Favorite thing is the truthiness of the message, definitely worthy of a Podcast.
What would you change?
I'd make it a tad bigger, need more room for classes. Oh wait, they are. New building in Jan 2009.

Not only can you wear jeans, you can wear shorts, sandals, and a Hawaiian shirt with beer bottles on it. (Or at least I do)

contemporary, w/the occaisional hymn. longer in the mornings. some fast, some slow. At least one or two people will dance during a properly motiviating song.

hm... deep teaching - Pastor doesn't stay on superficial Bible stuff, but really teaches us to go deep.
Childcare
good childcare for infants up to jr high, i believe. people really love the kids. kids spend the whole service in sunday school. --except for the 1st Sunday of the month. then they join the adults for worship.
Favorite Thing
GREAT teaching. Loving, commited congregation. And the 4:35 service: Non-traditional. People sit at talbes & bring food to share. Discuss certain topics through dinner, then listen to the sermon. A little long, but lots of connection. LOVE it!!
What would you change?
It's a little flakey. not a lot of consistency. They tend to change their programs a lot. But they're getting better. :)
Can I wear jeans?
YES! and shorts, too. and flip flops. and wear it all with a tie, if you want! ;~) I wouldn't recommend a suit. that sort of thing is generally looked down upon, anywhere in Santa Barbara. ;~)
